CrackNET sells one-time purchases — a Lifetime Access pass and individually priced e-books. It is not a recurring subscription service. Please read this policy carefully before completing a payment.

On Android and the web, payments are processed by Razorpay (card, UPI, net banking and wallets). Talivida Creations (OPC) Private Limited is the seller of record and issues a GST tax invoice for every successful purchase, emailed to the address you provide at checkout. On iOS, any legacy subscription is billed by Apple.

1. One-time purchases are non-refundable

All CrackNET purchases (the Lifetime Access pass and e-books) are one-time payments that unlock digital content on your account immediately.

Once a payment has completed successfully and access has been granted, the purchase is non-refundable.

Digital content, once unlocked, cannot be returned. Please review the product, the price (inclusive of 18% GST) and the account and email you are purchasing with before completing payment. Buying the wrong item by mistake, changing your mind, or not using the content are not grounds for a refund.

2. Failed, duplicate or incorrect transactions

We will review and resolve a payment only in these cases:

An amount was debited but the purchase did not complete, or access was not unlocked on your account;
You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
You were charged in error due to a technical fault.

How to report it:

Email support@talividacreations.com within 7 days of the transaction with the subject line "CrackNET Billing / Refund Enquiry" and include:

The Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID (from your payment confirmation / GST invoice)
The date and amount of the transaction
The email address used at checkout
A short description of what went wrong

We will verify the transaction with Razorpay and either restore your access or reverse the erroneous charge to your original payment method. Approved reversals are initiated from our side within 7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–7 business days to credit the amount.

3. GST tax invoice

A GST tax invoice from Talivida Creations (OPC) Private Limited is emailed to you automatically after a successful Razorpay purchase. If you did not receive it, email support with your Payment ID and the email used at checkout and we will resend it.

4. iOS — Apple App Store

Any CrackNET purchase made through the Apple App Store is billed and processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and subscriptions are managed under Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions. We cannot process or reverse App Store payments.

5. Legacy Google Play subscriptions

A small number of users hold a subscription bought earlier through Google Play. Those are billed by Google; manage or request a refund from the Play Store (profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. New purchases in the app are one-time and are processed by Razorpay, not Google Play billing.
