1. Use of the Application

CrackNET is an educational platform designed to assist users in preparing for the UGC NET English examination through practice tests, previous year questions, mock tests, and performance analytics.

The application is intended solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial use.

Users agree to:

• Use the application only for its intended educational purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the app
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the application's services or functionality
• Not use the application in any manner that could harm other users or the platform

2. User Accounts

Certain features of CrackNET require you to create a user account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Take full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account
• Notify us immediately at support@talividacreations.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where we detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@talividacreations.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available within CrackNET, including but not limited to the following, is the exclusive intellectual property of Talivida Creations (OPC) Private Limited:

• Curated question banks and answer explanations
• Learning materials and study notes
• Mock test structures and scoring logic
• Performance analytics systems
• User interface, design, and branding
• Platform features and functionality

While individual facts or publicly available knowledge tested in questions may exist in the public domain, the selection, organisation, presentation, curation, and explanation of content within the application constitute original, protected work.

Users may not, without prior written permission from Talivida Creations (OPC) Private Limited:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the application content
• Distribute, publish, or share content from the application
• Use application content for any commercial or monetised purpose
• Create derivative works based on content from the application

Unauthorised redistribution or reproduction of application content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Acceptable Use

To maintain a fair, secure, and functional platform for all users, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the platform
• Systematically copy or extract questions or content from the application's database
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape content from the application
• Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content obtained from the application
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the application in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without prior notice.

5. Third-Party Services

CrackNET integrates with trusted third-party service providers to deliver core functionality such as authentication, data storage, crash reporting, and analytics. These providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of any third-party services. Your use of the application constitutes acceptance that such integrations may be in place.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantee of Results

CrackNET is designed to assist users in exam preparation. However, we do not guarantee success in the UGC NET examination or any other assessment. Exam outcomes depend on many individual factors beyond the scope of this application.

6.2 Service Availability

We strive to keep the application available and functioning at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The application may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talivida Creations (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the application
• Any errors, interruptions, or loss of data
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
• Any examination result or outcome

7. Purchases, Billing and Refunds

CrackNET sells one-time purchases — a Lifetime Access pass and individually priced e-books. It is not a recurring subscription service.

• Android and web (India): payments are processed by Razorpay (card, UPI, net banking and wallets). Talivida Creations (OPC) Private Limited is the seller of record and issues a GST tax invoice for every successful purchase, emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store them.
• iOS: any legacy subscription is billed by Apple and managed under Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Legacy Google Play subscriptions: a small number of users hold a subscription bought earlier through Google Play; manage it from the Play Store (Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).

Refunds: one-time purchases are non-refundable once payment has completed successfully and access has been granted.

We will review a transaction only where an amount was debited without access being granted, where you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or where you were charged in error. To report such a case, email support@talividacreations.com within 7 days with your Razorpay Payment/Order ID, the date and amount, and the email used at checkout. 8. Platform-Specific Terms

8.1 Android (Google Play)

Your use of CrackNET on Android is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Google Play's terms, Google Play's terms shall apply solely with respect to distribution and app store matters.

8.2 iOS (Apple App Store)

Your use of CrackNET on iOS is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. These Terms are entered into between you and Talivida Creations (OPC) Private Limited, not Apple. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for CrackNET.

Apple EULA Notice: In accordance with Apple's standard requirements, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• Notify users via an in-app notice or email where changes materially affect your rights

Continued use of CrackNET after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
